0451168237 2008-08-25 Production Wells No Violations Met with Sharon Cooper and family re: this well not being produced. Kenoil is producing a well across the road from this site ( PN 6-1303) that they are claiming is actually PN 1171. A plugging report has been submitted- I notified Steve Opritza of the discrepancy.
1338611657 2012-02-28 Production Wells No Violations An inspection of the well and related tank battery was conducted with Mr. Rodney Davidson, a pumper for an alleged well owner, Ms. Patty Dean. At this time, Ms. Dean is not a registered well owner with the Division. During the inspection, it was noted that this Clinton well was equipped with a pumping unit, engine, belts and valves were open. However, the well did not show signs of pumping, gas line was not attached to the engine, and a tree has grown through the pumping unit. Mr. Davidson states that this well provides house gas, but does have a bad bad pump. The production line from pumping tee side of well travels beneath county road then uphill to connect into a separate line with P#6-1304 (majority of line underground). This line travels back downhill to a shared (1) 100 bbl tank with no knockout. Note: old tank battery location had allegedly been located near P#6-1304 and they continued to utilize existing line when tank location changed. A GPS reading was obtained for the well and tank. Identification was not observed at the well or tank (Explained this requirement to Mr. Davidson in the field). The well locations were researched and verified with Central Office. This case will be referred to West Region Oil & Gas Supervisor, Mr. Will Ziegler.
