Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2126652850 2016-12-21 Production Wells No Violations On the date of my inspection I found a wellhead equipped with 7.1 inch casing, and 5.5 inch casing swedged down to 2.375 inches. The top of the swedge is open to the atmosphere and gas vapor can be seen flowing out of the top. From a foot away my multi gas meter methane reading was 6.85, lower explosive limit reading was 2, and carbon monoxide reading was 67. The sound of boiling water could be heard coming from the casing. There was no indication of overflow from the well on the ground around the wellhead, the vegetation appeared to be healthy. This well is within the 100 year floodplain for Yellow Creek. I did not see any production equipment associated with this well. There are no production records for this well and it is listed as having a historical owner in RBDMS.
