0387836197 2019-06-04 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Patterson 795 drilling a 12.25 inch diameter hole in the Queenston at 8257 feet. They are currently drilling on air and Company Man Larry Hart said there has not been any water or gas to speak of. Estimated total depth of this section is approximately 8850 feet. Previous casing set was 13.375 inch diameter casing at 1645 feet. Two stage 9.625 inch diameter casing job estimated for Wednesday night.
1556558006 2019-04-29 Casing String Witnessed No Violations PAD ADDRESS: 246 CR 5 Adena. On the day of my inspection I witnessed Precision Rathole had augured a 30 inch diameter hole to 98 feet. 99 feet of 24 inch diameter conductor casing was run. Water is visible in hole approximately 15 feet below cellar floor. Drillers spudded well on 4/25 with a 36 inch diameter bit and made it to 42 feet. The pad located on a previous surface coal mine and the hole was not stable. The hole was then filled with cement and redrilled with a 30 inch diameter bit. Petroset was onsite with 250 sacks of class A cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.18. 50 percent excess ran. Cement was displaced with 46 barrels of fresh water. 13 barrels of cement returned to surface. 10 feet of cement left in the casing.
1559135266 2019-05-29 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the surface casing cement job. Patterson 795 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 1657 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 18.625 inch diameter mine string casing to a depth of 352 feet KB. Wyoming casing ran 1648.5 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 61 lbs/foot, with 3 foot stick up. Casing was centralized with 14 centralizers. Shoe track is 45 feet long. Schlumberger was onsite with 1254 sacks of class A cement. I witnessed cementer weigh cement with pressurized mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.2. 30% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 244 barrels of fresh water. 25 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. 54 barrels of cement returned to surface weighing 15 ppg, and floats held with 1 barrel back. All depths are based on rig KB. Rig KB is 30 feet.
