0484220789 2019-04-19 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Precision Rathole had augured a 30 inch diameter hole to 80.3 feet. 82 feet of 24 inch diameter conductor casing was run. Drillers hit water at 70 feet while drilling. Petroset was onsite with 200 sacks of class A cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.18. 46% percent excess ran. Cement was displaced to 70 feet with 37 barrels of fresh water. 2 barrels of cement returned to surface.

1933129285 2019-04-29 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the surface cement job. Falcon 38 drilled a 22 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 216 feet KB and then continued the hole to 1433 feet KB with a 17.5 inch diameter bit. Previous casing set and cemented was 24 inch diameter conductor casing to a depth of 80 feet ground level. Wyoming Casing ran 1428 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 61 lbs/foot, with 5 foot stick up. Shoe track is 39 feet long. Cement Baskets were set at 116 feet. #8A coal encoutner from 135-140 and #8 coal encountered from 151-163. Schlumberger was onsite with 1418 sacks of class A cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.2. 40% excess ran in open hole. Schlumberger had issue with cement delivery from a silo and only pumped 220 of the 303 barrels of cement brought for the job. Calculated cement top should have been 10 feet below surface but no fluid circulated during the pump job. Rig had good air returns while drilling but never got fluid returns. Cement displaced with 210 barrels of fresh water. 25 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. Rig ran 1 inch diameter tubing down backside to 116 feet. 6 barrels of cement pumped down backside to set up on basket. An additional 6 barrels of cement was pumped down backside after a 1 hour wait time. 22 barrels of cement pumped down the backside. Lastly, 30 barrels of cement was pumped down the backside and 2 barrels were returned to surface weighing 15.4 ppg. All depths are based on rig KB. Rig KB is 14 feet.
