0605163282 2019-05-02 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the surface cement job. Falcon 38 drilled a 22 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 216 feet KB and then continued the hole to 1415 feet KB with a 17.5 inch diameter bit. Previous casing set and cemented was 24 inch diameter conductor casing to a depth of 80 feet ground level. Wyoming Casing ran 1378 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 61 lbs/foot, with 2 foot stickup. Original set depth was supposed to be 1405 feet but is now 1376. They had problems getting casing to bottom so they laid down one 41 foot joint and ran an 11 foot pup. Hole was circulating water when they were trying to wash casing down. Shoe track is 45 feet long. Canvas cement basket was set at 116 feet and steel cement basket was removed when they laid a joint down. #8A coal encountered from 136-140 and #8 coal encountered from 152-164. Schlumberger was onsite with 1450 sacks of class A cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.2. Cement displaced with 202 barrels of fresh water. 25 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. 15 barrels of cement returned to surface and then circulation was lost for the rest of job. Cement tagged at 50 feet after job. They waited on cement an hour and ran 40 feet of 1 inch diameter tubing. 41 barrels of cement pumped and 20 barrels of cement returned to surface, final sample weighing 15 ppg. All depths are based on rig KB. Rig KB is 14 feet.
0682192404 2019-05-16 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Falcon 38 mist drilling a 12.25 inch diameter hole at 5946 feet KB. They are currently drilling through the Salina group. Company man Casey Merreighn said they have not encountered any gas or water. KB is 14 feet. Casing trucks are unloading 9.625 inch diameter casing, 40#/ft L-80. Estimated total depth of this section is 8700 feet.
