0146426932 | 2019-02-03 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the surface casing cement job. Akita 802 drilled a inch diameter open hole to a depth of 1643 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 18.625 inch diameter mine string casing to a depth of 316 feet. Wyoming casing ran 1646 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 61 lbs/foot. Casing was centralized with 17 centralizers. Shoe track is 43 feet long. Schlumberger was onsite with 1216 sacks of class A cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.2. 30% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 243 barrels of fresh water. 25 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. 54 barrels of cement returned to surface, and floats held with 1 barrel back. |
0792884793 | 2019-06-05 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I was accompanied by Supervisor Eric Conrad. During the inspection we witnessed CWS 7009 snubbing unit onsite. CWS is drilling on plug 83 at approximately 24700 feet. Production casing pressure is 3100 psi and tCompany Man John Riffle said they are losing 20-30 barrels of produced water an hour. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure was 400 psi and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 1500 psi. |
0945757521 | 2019-05-07 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed a Universal frac crew on location. They are tied into Darrow 2H and 4H wells. Frack is completed on this well. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure was 300 psi and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 500 psi. Twelve 350 barrel steel produced water tanks onsite in their own containment as well as an aboveground storage tank for fresh water. |
0975517911 | 2018-08-15 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Precision had augured a 36 inch diameter hole to 100 feet. 100 feet of 30 inch diameter conductor casing was run. CJ/Otex was onsite with 315 sacks of class A cement. Additives include 1.5% CaCl, 0.2% X-air, and .25 lb./sack cello-flake. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.19. 50 percent excess ran. Mix water tested 76 degrees Fahrenheit, pH of 6.5 and 46 ppm chlorides. Cement was displaced with 72 barrels of fresh water. 13 barrels of cement returned to surface. Drillers hit water at 45 feet. |
1120185793 | 2019-05-02 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed a Universal frac crew on location tied into the 2H and 4H wells. Frac is complete on this well. On 4-19, two kill plugs were set. Bottom plug is at 10187 and top plug at 10020. There were 91 stages pumped on this well. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure is 300 psi and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 550 psi. |
1128257525 | 2019-05-16 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the frac crew is no longer on location. Drill out has not arrived on pad yet. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure is 300 psi and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 400 psi. No production equipment is onsite. Aboveground storage tank as well as six produced water tanks remain on location. Well connect (pipeline work) is occurring outside of pad. |
1459410790 | 2019-04-17 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed a Universal Frac crew on location tied into the Darrow 3h, Club 9h, and this well. Company man Joe Watt onsite. Universal is pumping stage 81/91. Stage 81 plug set at 12176 feet, with bottom perforation at 12165 feet and top perforation at 12024 feet. Breakdown pressure was 8150 psi. Stage design calls for approximately 230000 lbs of sand and 5500 barrels of fluid and 1000 gallons of 7.5% HCl. Entire stage not witnessed. 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 600 psi. |
