0132155731 2018-10-25 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the first stage intermediate casing cement job. Akita 802 drilled a 12.25 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 8775 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 13.375 inch diameter surface casing to a depth of 1636 feet. Wyoming Casing ran 8773.5 feet of 9.625 inch diameter casing, l-80, 40 lbs/foot. Casing was centralized. Shoe track is 80.5 feet long. DV tool at 4793 feet. 13.7 ppg mud in the wellbore. Schlumberger was onsite with 271.5 barrels of class A cement. First stage was ran with all tail cement weighing 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.19. Cement displaced with 659 barrels of oil based mud. 40 barrels of 14.8 ppg spacer pumped ahead of cement. After opening DV tool and circulating, no barrels of cement returned to surface but 10 barrels of spacer returned. Did not witness second stage but Company Man John Wilson said they pumped 40 barrels of 14.8 spacer, 332 barrels of 15.6 ppg tail cement, and 363 barrels of oil based mud displacement, and got 40 barrels of spacer and 80 barrels of cement to surface.
0172801296 2019-06-05 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I was accompanied by Supervisor Eric Conrad. During the inspection we witnessed CWS 7009 snubbing unit onsite. This well has not been opened up for drill out. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure was zero and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 2100 psi.
0319350248 2018-10-15 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the mine string cement job. Xtreme 802 drilled a 24 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 325 feet. Last well on this pad hit coal at 305 feet. This well hit coal from 250-262. the rig drilled to 325 to ensure there was not another seam. Previous casing set and cemented was 30 inch diameter conductor casing to a depth of 100 feet. Wyoming casing ran 316 feet of 18.625 inch diameter casing, j-55, 87.5 lbs/foot. Shoe track is 45 feet long. Cement Baskets were set at 218 and 228 feet. Schlumberger pumped 140 barrels of class A cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.2. 30% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 83 barrels of fresh water. 25 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. No cement returned to surface. Six barrels of cement pumped down backside to set up on basket. An additional 21 barrels of cement was pumped down backside after a 2 hour wait time. Finally 50 barrels of cement was pumped bringing 18 barrels to surface weighing 15.5 ppg.

Wireline is running in the wellbore plug and perforate stage 36/79. Plug will be set at 17902, with bottom perforation at 17890 and top perforation at 17750. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure is 0 psi and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 525 psi.
0631261068 2019-04-17 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed a Universal Frac crew on location tied into the Darrow 1h, 3h, and Club 9h. Company man Joe Watt onsite. This well has not been opened up for frac yet. 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 530 psi.
0732820945 2019-05-16 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the frac crew is no longer on location. Drill out has not arrived on pad yet. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure is 0 psi and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 400 psi. No production equipment is onsite. Aboveground storage tank as well as six produced water tanks remain on location. Well connect (pipeline work) is occurring outside of pad.
0750398395 2019-04-22 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed a Universal frac crew on location tied into this well and the 2H well. Stage 3/79 is currently being set with wireline. Plug will be set at 23710 feet, with bottom perforation at 23698 feet and top perforation at 23559 feet. There is an above ground storage tank for fresh water and twelve 350 barrel produced water tanks. The produced water tanks are in their own containment. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure is 0 psi and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 515.

Company man John Wilson said the kick off point for the curve was 8865 and the landing point was 10245. Containment under the air compressors (eastern side of pad) is full of water and company man said he would have it sucked out.

Xtreme 802 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 1640 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 18.625 inch diameter mine string casing to a depth of 316 feet. Wyoming casing ran 1640 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 61 lbs/foot with 6 foot stick up. Shoe track is 42 feet long. Schlumberger pumped 271 barrels of class A cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.2. 50% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 242 barrels of fresh water. 25 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. 57 barrels of cement returned to surface weighing 15.2.

1542288817 2018-11-14 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Akita 802 on location preparing to trip back in the wellbore and drill out plugs. They ended up setting bridge plugs at 4,700 and 4,500 feet. The depths changed from the original plan due to the outside diameter of the plugs and the DV tool being drilled out with 8.5 inch diameter bit. Several areas on containment where housekeeping is necessary was pointed out to company man Heath Satterfield.
1867376853 2019-05-07 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed a Universal frac crew on location. They are tied into Darrow 2H and 4H wells. Stage 58/79 has wireline running in. Stage 58 plug is to be set at 14030 feet, with bottom perforation at 14017 and top perforation at 13877. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure was 0 psi and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 450 psi. Twelve 350 barrel steel produced water tanks onsite in their own containment as well as an aboveground storage tank for fresh water. Company man Homer Bowman believes they will finishing fracking these wells within a week.
