0095287151 2018-07-12 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Halliburton onsite. Stimulation is complete on this well. One stage remains on pad but equipment failure has pad idle. Surface annular pressure is 0 and intermediate annular pressure is 400. Frac stack has been removed from wellhead.
0117143715 2018-05-16 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection a Halliburton frac crew is rigged up to the 1H, 2H, and 3H wells. 5 out of 76 stages have been fracked on this well. Frac van had to be moved to run coiled tubing in the 1H. Company men said surface anular pressure was 0 psi and intermediate was between 400-500 psi. I did not walk over to check gauges for safety reasons.
0186905990 2018-10-26 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed this contain contains five properly labeled producting wells. Wells do not have tubing in them and are produced on natural reservoir pressure through the 5.5 inch diameter casing. All wells on the pad are producing from each side of the wellhead. Production equipment includes 10 GPUs, 10 sand seperators, 2 500 barrel steel tanks in their own containment, and 1 combustor. Surface annular pressure is 80 and intermediate annular pressure is 267. Site meets requirements of OAC 1509.072A for preliminary restoration.
0328176073 2018-04-17 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I found Weir and Cameron on location putting on the tubing heads and valves respectively. The pad has not been stimulated and they are preparing for Halliburton frack crew.
0591826869 2017-11-02 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I am on site today to witness the cementing of 30 inch conductor casing. Precision Drilling drilled a 36 inch diameter hole to a depth of 111 feet and ran 111 feet of 30 inch diameter 118 pound per foot conductor casing. O-Tex Pumping LLC pumped 390 sacks of class H cement, 1.2 yield, 15.6 pounds per gallon with 1.5 percent Calcium Chloride and 0.25 pound per sack cello-flake. O-Tex then displaced with 80 barrels of water, leaving 15 feet of cement in the casing. Good cement returned to surface and remained static. Approximately 20 barrels of cement returned to surface, Ascent left approximately 18 inches of cement in the cellar as a seal.
0794295216 2018-07-26 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Deep Well Snub 11 onsite. Rig is drilling out on the 2H well. This well has not had frac plugs drilled out yet. Surface annular pressure is 0 and intermediate annular pressure is 400.
1113158243 2018-03-12 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Patterson 795 tripping out of the hole. The reached total depth on well at 23419 feet. Casing run is anticipated on Wednesday.
1437160874 2018-08-01 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I was accompanied by DOGRM inspector Bob Roush. ID to company man David Rapattoni. Deep Well Snub 11 rig onsite and set up on this well. Last plug, at 22636 has been drilled out and they are tripping out of the hole. Surface annular pressure is 650 and intermediate annular pressure is 650 psi.
1464519059 2018-06-15 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed a halliburton frac crew was onsite. This well has 74 stages of the frac completed and will be starting stage 75 next. Wireline crew is currently retrieving a bridge plug on the 2h well. Surface annular pressure is 0 psi and intermediate pressure is 497 psi.
186905990 2018-10-26 0:00 PL No Violations 1.00
2090385524 2018-05-22 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I found a Halliburton frack crew rigged up on the 1h, 2h, and 3h wells. They are currently on stage 26 of 49 on this well but not fracking until they catch up with stages on 1h and 3h. 9.625 inch diameter annular pressure is 767 psi. Backside pressures on the 1h is 340 psi and pressure on the 3 h is 720 psi. Walk around location revealed no spills. Containment is functioning and pad drains are closed.
2121202351 2018-03-20 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection the rig was being taken down and pieces moved to the Dalrymple pad in Jefferson county.
2124773878 2018-07-18 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I found Deep Well Snub 11 rig moving onto location. Pad has been fracked and rig will drill out plugs. Surface annular pressure is 0 and intermediate annular pressure is 350.
