One stage remains on pad but equipment failure has pad idle. Surface annular pressure is 500 and intermediate annular pressure is 550. Frac stack has been removed from wellhead.
0318667705 2018-10-26 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed this contain contains five properly labeled producting wells. Wells do not have tubing in them and are produced on natural reservoir pressure through the 5.5 inch diameter casing. All wells on the pad are producing from each side of the wellhead. Production equipment includes 10 GPUs, 10 sand seperators, 2 500 barrel steel tanks in their own containment, and 1 combustor. Surface annular pressure is 377 and intermediate annular pressure is 453. Site meets requirements of OAC 1509.072A for preliminary restoration.
0361405668 2018-02-14 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Patterson 795 tripping out of the well to pick up lateral assembly. The rig kicked off at 8780 feet and landed thr curve at 9972 feet. Hole is drilled to 10245 feet at this time. No flare is burning and containment is in decent shape. Pad drians are shut and pad is inundated with water. Compnay man is trying to get vac trucks onsite.
0443062211 2018-02-27 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Patterson 795 drilling their 12.25 inch diameter hole at aq depth of 4950 feet. Spoke with Company Man Micheal that said they were having trouble with their air returns during drilling. They have returns back to normal prior to leaving site.
0506033215 2018-07-18 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I found Deep Well Snub 11 rig moving onto location. Pad has been fracked and rig will drill out plugs. Surface annular pressure is 500 and intermediate annular pressure is 600.
0648466920 2018-08-01 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I was accompanied by DOGRM inspector Bob Roush. ID to company man David Rapattoni. Deep Well Snub 11 rig onsite and set up on the 3H well. They are tripping out of the 3H and this is the last well on the pad remaining for drill out. Surface annular pressure is 500 and intermediate annular pressure is 650 psi.
1040537319 2018-02-23 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I found Patterson 795 has reached total depth of well at 24881 feet. Wyoming casing is onsite running 5.5 inch diameter production casing. They have 20289 feet currently in the hole.
1291191583 2018-05-22 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I found a Halliburton frack crew rigged up on the 1h, 2h, and 3h wells. They are currently fracking stage 14 of 86 on this well. 9.625 inch diameter annular pressure is 340 psi. Backside pressures on the 2h is 767 psi and pressure on the 3 h is 720 psi. Walk around location revealed no spills. Containment is functioning and pad drains are closed.
1302822376 2018-04-17 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I found Weir and Cameron on location putting on the tubing heads and valves respectively. The pad has not been stimulated and they are preparing for Halliburton frack crew.

Falcon 26 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 1370 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 30 inch diameter conductor casing to a depth of 110 feet. Wyoming casing ran 1362 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 54.5 lbs/foot. Casing was centralized with 11 centralizers. Shoe track is 44 feet long. O-tex was onsite with 1450 sacks of class H cement. Additives include 1.5% CaCl, 0.2% X-air, and .25 lb./sack cello-flake. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.2. 50% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 201.5 barrels of fresh water. 35 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. 50 barrels of cement returned to surface, and floats held with 1 barrel back.
