0420118741 | 2018-08-20 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Pioneer 77 has moved off of location. A crew is onsite pressure washing the mats and stacking them for removal. Pad drains are shut. Containment is still in place. Seep on outslop of pad mentioned in previous ispection was viewed today. Approximately 40 sq ft of reseeded area is still not growing and the soil is moist. Made a small depression with my boot to test pH. pH was 12. Pictures were sent to Hydrologist Scott Scheiner and Engineer Paul Logan. |
0760396528 | 2018-09-12 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed a Halliburton frac crew on location. Identified myself to company man Gilbert Agular and John Talbot. Stage 25/63 was perforated from 15981-16122 with plug set at 16133. Surface annular pressure is 0 and intermediate is 450. 5 guns with 6 shots on 35 foot spacing used to perforate. |
0826140379 | 2018-09-25 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed a Halliburton frac crew on location. Identified myself to Company men Chuck Davies and Delbert Brown. Stage 58/63 is the next stage to be perforated. Wireline is in the wellbore and will set plug at 10325. Bottom perforation will be at 10311 and top perforation at 10173. Surface annular pressure was 0 and intermediate pressure was 0. |
0842963919 | 2018-05-01 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Express top out the conductor with 9 sack grout. They dumped approximately 10 yards of grout down the back side to surface. |
1176584057 | 2018-10-02 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the Halliburton frac crew has moved off of location. Three wells are on location. Surface annular pressure is 0 and intermediate annular is 0. Completions rig is expected on location late today. Returned to this pad later in the day to collect a sample (DEP201) of water seeping from the outslope of the pad. Amanda Finn and Greg McCutheon, both of Ascent, were on location briefly while I was filtering the water sample. Sample was delivered to New Philadelphia office and transferred to Kyle Tharp. Ascent has submitted a plan to fix this seep and DOGRM Engineers have approved their plan. Construction is slated to start 10/5. |
1257619416 | 2018-04-30 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Express had augured a 36 inch diameter hole to100 feet. 100 feet of 30 inch diameter conductor casing was run. Express was onsite with 310 sacks of class A cement. Additives include 2% CaCl and .5 lb./sack cello-flake. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.18. 50% percent excess ran. Cement was displaced with 66 barrels of fresh water. No cement returned to surface. Company man Doug Bennett says he will top out tomorrow. |
1284384717 | 2018-07-11 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Pioneer 77 air drilling their 12.25 inch diameter section at 7720 feet. Company man Micheal Rollins believes they will be cementing the 9.625 inch diameter casing on Friday. Walk around location revealed no issues with containment. |
1370063415 | 2019-06-07 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed this pad to contain three producing wells. Well is producing through production casing and is flowing from both sides of the wellhead. Well is producing off of natural reservoir pressure. Production equipment includes 3 line heaters, 3 GPUs, 6 sand seperators, 2 500 barrel steel tanks in their own containment, and 1 combustor. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure is 364 psi and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 1534 psi. Site is stable and vegetated. Pad meets requirements of 1509.072(A) for preliminary restoration. |
1420721971 | 2018-11-05 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed this pad containing 3 producing wells. Identified myself to company man Shaun Gallager and lease operator Shaun Garrettson. This well is producing off of natural reservoir pressure through the 5.5 inch diameter casing. Surface annular pressure is 406 and intermediate annular is 226. Production casing pressure is 5136. Production equipment includes 3 line heaters, 3 GPUs, 6 sand seperators, and 2 500 barrel steel produced water tanks in their own containment. Wells are producing from both sides of wellhead. Site meets requirements of OAC 1509.072A for preliminary restoration. |
