1712430142 2017-06-27 Orphan No Violations This well is located in the backyard approximately 5 feet from the garage at 1570 Peru-Olena Rd in Norwalk Ohio. The well is inside of a concrete vault approximately 3 feet deep covered by weathered plywood. The well construction has an 8 inch conductor casing with a 6 or 7 inch surface casing with a 4 bolt wellhead. Green plastic pex line is disconnected and appears to have run to house at sometime in the past. There does not appear to be any odor or leakage at the present time from the well.
