0677228970 2017-06-29 Production Wells Violations Noted I went by this well and noticed that the open-topped brine tank near the road was starting to run over the side. I also noticed some open buckets and containers that had oil in them. When they fill with rain water, the oil will be on the ground. I also saw a plug valve on the oil sales line was dripping some oil. The well is producing and there were no problems there. The operator was called and a message left with his wife. I tried the operators cell but was there was no answer and I was unable to leave a message. I contacted Mr. Don Ridgeway, Pumper, and told him about the problems and he will see that the tank is pumped out and the containers removed and the plug valves tightened.
