They are preparing to plug and abandon the well.

1542995499 2018-11-23 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Upon arrival on location I found the rig crew ready to continue plugging. The 4 1/2-inch diameter casing was pulled to a depth of 2120 foot. Circulation was established, and a 200-foot plug was set using 57 sacks of class A Cement and displacing with 31 bbl. of fresh water. The 4 1/2-inch diameter casing was the pulled to a depth of 630 feet. Circulation was established, and a 160-foot plug was set using 46 sacks of class A cement and displacing with 8 bbl. fresh water. The 4 1/2-inch diameter casing was then pulled to a depth of 404 feet. Circulation was established, and a 200-

1700745991 2018-04-24 Production Wells No Violations On day of my inspection I found an 8 5/8 inch diameter casing, a 4 1/2 inch diameter casing, and 2 3/8 inch diameter tubing. The well is operated by a pumping unit, the electric motor has been removed, and the electric disconnected. The well was idle this day. The production equipment is made up of two 100 bbl. steel tanks, a vertical separator. The tank is properly identified. The production reporting is up to date. The production equipment is shared with another well.

2036466912 2018-11-14 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Arrived on location on 11/14/2018 to check the well location in preparation for plugging. The pump jack is still present, but the bridle has been disconnected and the electric box removed. Gene Matheny (Matheny Well Service) indicated that the rig was delayed, and plugging operations are anticipated to begin next week. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
