0183786468 2015-12-07 Field Inspected, Well Not Found No Violations At the request of my Supervisor I went to the exact coordinants in the RBDMS and was unable to find a well or a tank battery. The exact coordinants were on the side of a steep slope. There was no bench anywhere near on which a well could have been drilled, especially with a rotary rig. All of the Brown Petroleum wells drilled on that farm were rotary drilled. When I looked in to the Columbus well file I found no completion report or no FERC information just the permit and the application. I looked in the #7 (offset well) file and found the completion report for that well (which exists) and the pipe and formation records were the same as the well cards for the the # 4 and #7 wells. The well number on that report was originally 2864 and crossed off by someone in Columbus and changed to 2885 because all other info on the Completion report reflected the #7 well (2885). Based on this information, I believe that the #4 well ( P #2864) was never drilled and should have a ND designation.
