0011223364 2014-11-13 Final Restoration No Violations There is growth. Final reclamation is passed.
0024483932 2014-08-15 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Took the the rig crew to the well and got them lined up to move on and rig up today. They will bring tubing in on Monday to run to bottom for the bottom plug.
0625606201 2014-04-29 Production Wells No Violations No one has been able to find this well. The landowner believes that a stripmining company covered up the well when they reclaimed after stripping out the coal. The flowline was followed from the tank site toward the well with a metal detector but no well was found. The next step is to get a surveyor to spot the original location and attempt to locate the well with a metal detector or a backhoe/dozer.
1000909421 2012-03-01 Production Wells No Violations I was unable to find this well. There is no tank but there is an in-ground vault and a separator. I checked out plat and will try to find the well again tomorrow.

1331035699 2012-03-02 Field Inspected, Well Not Found No Violations I cannot find the well. A vessel is there but I am unable to find the well at the coordinates provided in our database. I contacted the operator for more information.
1369765307 2013-05-24 Production Wells No Violations Still unable to locate this well. There has been no plugging permit issued. The operator was called to make another attempt to locate the well, this time by following the buried flow line back to the well with a metal detector.
1948017450 2014-08-18 Plug / Plug Back No Violations This well was completely covered up when the coal company reclaimed the strip mine and was only dug up recently. Ran in the hole with the 1-1/2 tools to check bottom but only got to 3500. The tools sat down hard. The fluid level is at 200. Do not suspect a salt ring because of the high fluid level. Ran 1-1/2 tubing to bottom to spot the bottom cement plug. Afraid to try to circulate due to the close tolerance of the 1-1/2 OD vs the 2-7/8 ID. Spotted the bottom plug (400) on top of whatever is in the 2-7/8. The rig pulled the 1-1/2 tubing. The shooters will be here in the AM to shoot off the 2-7/8 above the cement plug.
