0003359376 2019-03-18 Production Wells No Violations This is a follow up inspection to Compliance Notice 584555949 issued on 10/16/15. I found that there has been no change in the status of the well. The well is idle, the electric service has been cut off. The valve is in the off position. The last reported commercial production reported was in the year of 2007. I spoke with Amanda Weese wife of Kevin Weese now the owner of Roman Well Service. She stated that they do not own the wells, Her Father in-law Denise Weese sold the wells. The wells have not been transferred and they have not found any paperwork for the wells. Amanda stated she would contact the State when she found the paperwork.
