A cement retainer was the set at a depth of 3186 feet. 2 1/16 inch drill pipe will be ran into the wellbore to set the bottom cement plugs.
1541169716 2018-11-02 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Upon arrival on location I found the rig crew had ran 2 1/16-inch diameter drill pipe to a depth of 3160 feet. Circulation was established and then the drill pipe was engaged to the cement retainer, and 1 1/2 bbl. of class A cement with 5% salt was pumped below the cement retainer. In doing so the pressure increased to 2000 pounds per square inch. The drill pipe was then disengaged and 75 sacks of class A cement with 5% salt was the pumped-on top of the cement retainer. Thus, filling the 5 1/2-inch diameter casing 686 feet to a depth of 2500 foot. The drill pipe was then pulled to a depth of 2500 foot and then reverse circulated the hole to ensure no cement in the wellbore from this depth to ground level. The remaining 2 1/16-inch diameter tubing was then removed from the wellbore. The blowout preventer stack was removed and flange and a valve were installed to shut in the well for the weekend.
1541449335 2018-11-05 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Upon arrival on location I found the rig crew tagging the top of the cement at 2510 feet. The 5 1/2 inch diameter casing was then cut at a depth of 2358 feet.
1541700002 2018-11-08 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Upon arrival on location I found the rig crew had run 2 1/16-inch diameter drill pipe into the wellbore to a depth of 1100 foot and tagged the top of the cement. A 550-foot plug was set using 200 sacks of class A cement and displaced with 1 bbl. of fresh water. The 2 1/16-inch diameter drill pipe was then pulled to a depth of 550 foot. A 550-foot plug was set using 200 sacks of class A cement with 5% salt. Cement returns were seen at the surface.
