0121614971 2015-12-02 Plug / Plug Back No Violations A landowner stopped me and asked about a plugged well on his property. The casing is still above the ground. I checked the well and found that it was plugged in 1951 as a dry hole. Since that was prior to the reclamation laws, the well did not have to be cut off below plow depth. The landowner was satisfied with that.
