I told him that it was past due and needed to be completed as soon as possible. I also made mention of the lack of vegetation and erosion problems. He stated that PDCs environmental compliance person had been on scene and was evaluating the situation. He then stated that he would have Randal Ferguson call me. He also works with their environmental department. Mr. Glossa also reported that he had been in contact with Columbus as far as the completion of the well and had submitted all necessary paperwork.

1549638902 2019-02-07 Production Wells No Violations My inspection of the well revealed that it was not capable of production. The well was equipped with a 4.5 inch to 2 inch swage with a valve on it. The well was shut in and was not connected to any production lines. According to production reports the well has never produced any gas or oil. I took several photos of the well location. I left a voicemail message for Doug Kitchen at 2:16 PM on 2/8/2019. The well owner/operator shall submit a written plugging schedule to Brandon Mitchell at 5880 Memory Road Zanesville, Ohio 43701-9553 within 30 days, per ORC 1509:13(B)(7), and plug the well within 180 days.
