0201315103 2019-02-14 Production Wells No Violations My inspection revealed that the well was equipped with a pumping unit and electric motor. The well was enclosed within a chain link fence. This well produces into a shared tank battery with API permit number 3441. The tank battery consists of (2) 210 barrel tanks inside an earthen dike. I did not observe identification at the well or tank battery. During my inspection of the tank battery I observed oil contamination inside the dike that was trapped in a layer of ice across the dike. I took several photos of the oil contamination. The well owner shall remove the oil contamination once the ice thaws and post identification within 10 days at the well and tank battery. I contacted Zach Poling at 2:45 PM and advised him of the violations. Time of inspection: 1:00 PM. Weather: 45 degrees F, Overcast
