And further emphasized that impacted area may potentially need to be addressed on more than one occasion to ensure vegetative growth has been established. Mr. Crabtree agreed to pump the brine inside the dike into 100 bbl saltwater tank. This will be done to ensure that 100 bbl tank does not contain a leak prior to the removal of soil inside the dike. Mr. Crabtree provided an invoice from 6/15/2010 showing 80 bbl of brine hauled from location to Junction City disposal well. Explained the requirements for well and tank identification. Mr. Crabtree states IDs will be corrected. |
