Kilbarger has not reported production on the well since 2007. The valves are open and there is approx. 22psi on the gauge. I instructed Kilbarger to begin reporting production as they are selling gas from this well. Excess flow line was present on site and Kilbarger agreed to remove the flow line that is not being used. I called landowner Jennifer Imboden as she was concerned with well, tanks and flow line. Jennifer stated she wanted the wells plugged. I informed Jennifer of the mistake by Kilbarger of not reporting production. |
