| 1333343638 | 2014-08-14 | Orphan | No Violations | On the date of inspection I accompanied ODNR Inspector Mark Moreland to check the status of the orphan well. We reviewed the history of the well and nearby pipeline and completed the Idle/Orphan Well Report Forms. I witnessed that there was 8.625 inch casing above ground within a 4 foot by 4 foot pit with fluid and oil present. Gas was surfacing through the fluid at the time of my inspection. When the well is plugged, the plugging contractor will need to make a one call Call Before You Dig due to the wells proximity to the Red Hill Development pipeline. |
