Patterson 580 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 695 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 18.625 inch diameter surface casing to a depth of 560 feet. Wyoming casing ran 677 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 54.5 lbs/foot, with 2 foot stick up. Shoe track is 45 feet long. Inflatable packer at 569 and DV tool at 566. Cement basket at 571. Coal encountered from 619-629 feet. Halliburton was onsite with 620 sacks of class H cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 16.6 ppg and yield of 1.126. 50% excess ran in open hole. 30 barrels of gel and 10 barrels of fresh water pumped ahead of cement. First 135 sacks of cement displaced with 97 barrels of water. Plug landed and floats held. Rig pressured up on Weatherford packer and inflated it. DV tool was opened and a bottoms up circulated with 100 barrels of water. 10 barrels of lead cement returned to surface. Final 485 sacks of cement displaced with 88 barrels of fresh water. 25 barrels of cement returned to surface. Rig KB is 20 feet. All depths are based off of KB.
