0006832944 2019-01-29 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Stone Rig 15 onsite drilling cement out of the 5.5 inch diameter casing. Rig left cement in the casing at 29 feet. They are drilling cement out of the casing with a 4.5 inch diameter pdc bit at 8180. They are drilling with 9.7 ppg brine.
0598700216 2019-04-24 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Profrac crew on location tied into the 201H and this well. Stage 55/89 plug is set at 14008 feet, with bottom perforation at 13999 feet and top perforation at 13878 feet. Stage has 27 perforations total. Profrac pumped 2881 gallons of 7.5% HCl, 10380.6 barrels of clean fluid, 198,900 lbs of 100 mesh sand, 132,720 lbs of 40/70 mesh sand, and no produced water. Total sand pumped was 331,620. Maximum treating pressure was 9819 psi and average treating pressure was 9207 psi. Maximum rate was 971 barrels per minute (BPM) and aver rate was 95.9 bpm. Break down pressure was 7119 psi. Initial shut in pressure (ISIP) was 5539 psi. Frac gradient on 1.1 psi/ft. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure is 0 psi and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 0 psi.
0740471802 2019-06-05 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I was accompanied by Supervisor Eric Conrad. During the inspection we witnessed Stone Rig 15 onsite. This well has not been opened up for drill out. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure was zero and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is zero.
0757770246 2019-02-07 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Stone Rig 15 had drilled the cemnt out of the 5.5 inch diameter casing. They are running wireline to total depth to perforate. While pumping the wireline through the curve and laterl section the well broke circulation. They had pumped 115 barrels and pressure was 5700 psi. The plan was to remove wireline and circulate bottoms up a few times. Upon trying to remove the wireline they found that they could not pull back. Wireline will drop freely but they are unable to come back up hole. They had tension on the wireline up to around 3500 lbs. I provided company men with my card and told them to keep me updated on the status.
0772582315 2019-01-08 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Patterson 571 had reached a total depth of 22386. Wyoming casing ran 22381.8 feet of 5.5 inch diameter casing with a 3.8 foot stick up. Halliburton was onsite with 130 barrels of 13.5 ppg spacer, 365 barrels of lead cement weighing 14 ppg and yield of 1.345, and 712 barrels of tail cement weighing 15 ppg and yield of 1.094. Spacer was pumped then followed by a wiper plug. All lead cement and 195 barrels of tail cement were pumped and the wiper plug landed and the disc would not burst in the plug to allow circulation. Halliburton took pressure up to 9000 psi. According to company man Joe Foerste the disc should rupture at 1250 psi. toe sleeves did not open either and cement was left to set up in casing. 9.625 inch diameter casing cement at 2008 feet. 8.75 inch diameter hole to 7716 and 8.5 inch diameter hole to total depth. Kick off point was 7716 and landing point was 8804. 20# p110 casing ran from total depth to 8775 and RYS 23# casing from 8775 to surface. Shoe track is 90 feet long. Their plan moving forward is to set slips on the 5.5 inch diameter casing and cut the casing. They will install the H plate in the wellhead. With the slips and H plate locked down, that will isolate the annulus of the 5.5 casing according to company man. They will rig down and move off to allow for workover rig.
0827869591 2019-04-15 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Procfrac on location tied into this well and the 201H. Stage 26/89 was being perforated by wireline. Met with company man Jesse Cammer and Blake James. Plug was set at 18358, with bottom perforation at 18348 and top perforation at 18228. Company man said there are 9 guns with 3 shots each. 13.375x9.625 annular pressure is 35 psi and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is zero psi.
0867087941 2019-05-06 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed a Profrac frac crew onsite. Profrac is currently tied into the 1H, 3H, 5H and the 201H wells. During my inspection, 72/89 stages completed on this well. When running wireline in to set plug at 11308 for stage 73, they were unable to get past the area of the casing patch. Patch is from 8842-8902. They are going to investigate the integrity of the caisng patch and are not doing any further stages until they know whether is it competent. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure was 0 psi and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure was 0 psi.

Company man Jesse said that they are not going to do any more stages of this well. 72/89 were completed. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure is zero psi and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is zero psi.
1545909628 2018-12-27 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the intermediate casing cement job. Patterson 571 drilled a 12.25 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 2023 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 13.375 inch diameter surface casing to a depth of 690 feet. Wyoming casing ran 2012 feet of 9.625 inch diameter casing, k-55, 40 lbs/foot, with 4 foot stick up. Casing was centralized. Shoe track is 46.5 feet long. Halliburton was onsite with 690 sacks of class A cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.8 ppg and yield of 1.21. Cement displaced with 149 barrels of fresh water. 30 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. 30 barrels of cement returned to surface, and floats held with 1.5 barrels back.
