0471448050 | 2018-10-26 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the surface casing cement job. Patteron 580 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 632 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 20 inch diameter conductor casing to a depth of 120 feet. Wyoming casing ran 617 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 54.5 lbs/foot w 5 foot stick up. Casing was centralized. Shoe track is 43 feet long. Halliburton was onsite with 625 sacks of class H neocem cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 17 ppg and yield of 1.07. 50% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 89 barrels of fresh water. 30 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. 31 barrels of cement returned to surface, and floats held with 1 barrel back. |
1021280150 | 2019-04-08 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I met with company men Willard Scott, Wallace Bossert, and Bub Ruckert. Stone rig #15 is onsite. They have finished drilling out the 49 frac plugs in this well and are preparing to run 2.375 inch diameter production tubing to approximately 8100 feet. Annular pressures on the 13.375 x 9.625 and the 9.625 x 5.5 are both zero psi. |
