2018-08-01 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I was accompanied by DOGRM inspector Bob Roush. ID to company men Jacob Peiffley and Matt Wood. Halliburton frac crew is onsite. Surface and intermediate annular pressures are 0 and 21 psi respectively. 10H is currently being stimulated wireline is in this well. Stage 53/72 plug will be set at 12865, bottom perforation at 12846, and top perforation at 12687. Perforated with 5 guns, 6 shots, on 40 foot spacing. Stage 52 had a breakdown pressure of 7277 at 15 bpm.
2018-08-20 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Stone Rig 15 on location. ID to company man Wallace Bossert. This well has been drilled out and is awaiting flow back operations. Surface and annular pressures are zero. Asked company man to clean up along the eastern berm on the inside of pad. There is orange stained limestone in places along the berm.
2018-05-04 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Patterson 571 drilling their lateral section at at 17200 feet. They are running 12.4 ppg mud weight and have an intermittent flare burning. Pad drains are shut in and location is clean. Outslopes of pad are stable. Company man Joe believes they should be cementing production casing early next week.
2018-04-23 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the surface casing cement job. Patterson 571 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 670 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 20 inch diameter conductor casing to a depth of 120 feet. Wyoming casing ran 654 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 54.5 lbs/foot. Casing was centralized with 12 centralizers. Shoe track is 44 feet long. Schlumberger was onsite with 595 sacks of class A cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.2. 50% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 94 barrels of fresh water. 25 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. 40 barrels of cement returned to surface, weighing 15.3 ppg. Floats did not hold and cement head was shut in. Set on cement 2 hours until compressive strength was 500 psi. Pressured up to 320 on casing and held for 30 minutes. Pressure dropped to 310.
2018-05-07 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Patterson 571 tripping out of the hole. They reached total depth of 23191. Rig is tripping out of the hole to lay down their rotary steerable and pick up a bit. Hole got a little bit tight on them while tripping out and it was decided they would do a clean up run with a bit before trying to run casing.
2018-08-09 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Halliburton has moved off of location. An aboveground storage tank and other miscellaneous tank remain. Badger Daylighting is on location cleaning tanks. Surface and intermediate annular pressures are zero. Wells have been stimulated but not had frac plugs drilled out.
2018-06-20 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found this pad contained 3 unlabeled wells that have been drilled and not stimulated. Wells do not have well heads or frac stacks installed yet, only night caps. Production equipment includes three 400 barrel steel tanks inside steel containment, three sand seperators, and four GPUs (two are mislabeled as schiappa trust). Pad is vegetated and stable.
2018-12-31 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found this pad to contain 3 properly labeling producing wellheads. This well is producing out of the 5.5 inch diameter production casing using natural reservoir pressure, from both sides of the wellhead. Production equipment includes 6 GPUs, 6 sand seperators, 6 line heaters (not plumbed), and 3 400 barrel steel tanks in their own containment. Surface annular pressure is 0 intermediate annular pressure is 0. Site meets requirements of 1509.072A for preliminary restoration.
2018-07-13 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Halliburton frac crew on location. Surface annular pressure is 0 and intermediate annular pressure is 30. Stage 6 has been stimulated on this well. Stage 5 is the upcoming frac. Plug at 22345, bottom perforation at 22326 and top perforation at 22167. Casing was perforated with 5 guns, 6 shots each with a 40 foot spacing. 230000 lbs of 40/70 mesh sand and 100000lbs of 100 mesh sand will be pumped.
2018-07-26 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed a Halliburton frac crew was on location. No stimulation was occurring during this inspection as there was not sufficient water onsite for the job. Surface and intermediate annular pressures are both zero at this time. Stage 35/72 is next stage for stimulation on this well and wireline is running in the wellbore to perforate from 16401-16242. Plug will be set at 16420. 5 guns with 6 shots on 40 spacing used to perforate.
2018-07-18 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Halliburton frac crew on location. Stage 17: Plug is at 19975, bottom perforation is at 19956, and top perforation is at 19797. 5 guns with 6 shots each are used to perforate on 40 foot spacing. Surface annular pressure is 0 and the intermediate annular pressure is 0.
