2018-09-11 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Xtreme 803 has drilled an 8.5 inch diameter hole to 12605 feet. They are tripping out of the hole for MWD failure. Rig drilled an 8.75 inch diameter hole to 11539 feet and then switched to 8.5 inch diameter. Kick off point was 7238 and landing point was 8522 for the curve. Company man Matt Miller estimates they will reached total depth of 22156 on Friday. Mud weight is 10.5 with no flare during my inspection.
2018-09-05 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Xtreme 803 drilled a 12.25 inch diameter hole to 7228 feet. Wyoming casing ran to 7220 feet. Schlumberger pumped 40 barrels of 11 ppg mudpush and 10 barrels of water in front on the 180.7 barrels of lead cement. Lead cement weighed 12 ppg with a 1.79 yield. 35% excess on first stage. 81.4 barrels of tail cement was puped weighing 15.6 with a 1.19 yield. I witnessed 31 barrels of cement to surface on first stage. DV tool set at 3836 feet. Second stage will have 40 barrel of 11 ppg mudpush and 262.2 barrels of 15.6 tail cement pumped. Left before second stage started to catch a surface job. Identified myself to Company an Matt Miller.
2018-11-27 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Universal frac crew on location. Identified myself to company man Malcolm Trahan and Bill Pugh. They will start stimulating this well tomorrow. Surface and Intermediate annular pressure was 0.
2018-12-04 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed a Universal frac crew on location. Identified myself to company men Malcolm Trahan and Bill Pugh. I witnessed the stimulate stage 10/91 on this well. Plug was set at 20617, with bottom perforation at 20607 and top perforation at 20486. They pumped 3000 gallons of 7.5% HCl acid, 5197 clean fluid, and 250206 lbs of sand (39962 lbs of 100 mesh sand and 210244 lbs of 40/70 mesh sand). Breakdown pressure was 7732 at 14 barrels per minute (BPM). Maximum rate was 86 BPM and average rate was 70 BPM. Maximum pressure was 10812 and average pressure was 9780. Initial shut in pressure (ISIP) was 5297 and 5 minute ISIP was 4980. Surface annular pressure is 100 and intermediate pressure is 0.
2019-01-14 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Fortis Rig 1069 on location. They have not started drill out on this well yet. Surface annular pressure is 450 and intermediate is 0.
2018-11-16 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found a Universal frac crew on location. They are zipper fracking the 1 and 5 wells. They are not tied in on this well. Surface annular pressure is 50 and intermediate annular pressure is 100.
2018-03-28 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Express had augered a 36 inch diameter hole to 100 feet and set 100 feet of 30 inch diameter conductor casing, 118 pounds per foot. CJ/otex was onsite with 330 sacks of Class A cement. Cement weighed 15.6 with pressurized mudscale and a yield of 1.2. 50% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 71 barrels of fresh water to 85 feet. Cement returned to surface then fell back. On 3/29, cement had dropped to 60 feet. A topout is necessary. Cement supervisor was Kris Casas (Chili) and Ascent company men Tony Shepard and Sean Fox were onsite. Company man Tony Shepard was advised to pump top out through 1 inch diameter tubing.
2018-12-20 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I was accompanied by Geologist Tammy Richards. Universal frac crew is on location. Operations are down for maintenance and the company men could not be located during my inspection. Surface annular pressure is 500 psi and intermediate is 0 psi.
