0363261347 2018-08-22 Administrative Inspection No Violations Received a call from Superintenant Stan Cherry in regards to 9.625 inch diameter casing cement job that did not go as planned. CBL and temperature log were ran, estimating the top of cement around 1600 feet. 13.375 inch diameter surface casing shoe is at 984 feet. There plan is to set a bridge plug around 1500 feet, perforate the casing around 1450 feet, and set retainer around 1380 feet. They will sting drill pipe into retainer and pump cement to surface. Company man Will Broussare said berea is 1643-1687. I did not witness this job but their remedial action plan was approved over the phone by Mike Moreland.
1168735327 2019-01-03 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed a Universal frac crew on location. They are stabbing onto the well to perforate stage 6/95. Stage 6 plug will be set at 22140, with bottom perf at 22130 and top perf at 22009. Surface annular pressure is 200 and intermediate is 0.
1191850117 2017-07-11 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Precison had augured a 36 inch diameter hole to 150 feet. 150 feet of 30 inch diameter conductor casing was run. C&J Energy Services was onsite with 585 sacks of class A cement. Additives include 1.5% CaCl and .25 lb./sack cello-flake. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.19. 100% percent excess ran. Mix water tested 70 degrees Fahrenheit, pH of 7 and <31 ppm chlorides. Cement was displaced with 100 barrels of fresh water leaving 30 feet in the casing. Vacuum trucks could not keep up with returns as hole was full of water to start with. 30 barrels of cement is the estimated returns to surface but difficult to verify when cement actually came into the cellar. Earlier in the week this hole was augered with a 42 inch diameter bit to a depth of 25 feet and grouted back to surface and then reaugered with a 36 inch diameter auger. Signifcant ground water was encountered which required this action.
1324631773 2018-08-15 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Patterson 284 was rigging up on this well. They have not spudded yet and company an believes they should spud in with a 12.25 inch diameter bit on Thursday.
1333595694 2018-08-23 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Appalachian Well service perforat the 9.625 inch diameter casing from 1000-1002 with 8 shots. Last night they set a bridge plug at 1475 perforated from 1450-1452 and 1434-1436. Patterson 284 attempted to circulate the well at each of these perforation with no success at 2500 psi. Perforations were also shot at 1222-1224. The rig started pumpng and at 1800 psi well started circulating. The pressure on drill string while circulating was 120 but they did not do a bottoms up. They did not have retainer in the casing and had to set it. After reatiner was set at 1136 they were unable to circulate again. After the 1000-1002 was perforated they circulated bottoms up and kept circulation until ready to run more drill string. Retainer at 1136 is serving as a bridge plug and they are pumping cement through the drill string. Drill sting will be at 918. Plan is to pump cement until it is seen at surface, pump the remainder of mix tank, and then go into displacement.
1534882355 2018-08-21 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the intermediate casing cement job. Patterson 284 drilled a 12.25 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 7520 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 13.375 inch diameter surface casing to a depth of 984 feet. Wyoming casing ran 7520 feet of 9.625 inch diameter casing, L-80,40 lbs/foot. Casing was centralized with 183 centralizers. Shoe track is 85 feet long. Schlumberger was onsite with 591 sacks of class A lead cement weighing 12 ppg and a yield of 1.79. 285 sacks of class A tail cement weighing 15.6 and yield of 1.19 for the first stage. Displacement was 536 barrels of oil based mud. DV tool set at 4004 feet. Second stage was 1322 sacks of class A cement weighing 15.6 and yield of 1.19. Cement displaced with 303 barrels of oil based mud. 35% excess ran in open hole on first stage and 30% excess ran in open hole on second stage. on first stage. 40 barrels of 11ppg spacer pumped ahead of each stage. No cement returned to surface, and floats held with 2barrel back on first stage and 3 barrels back on the second stage. I did not witness the entire job.
1547139849 2019-01-10 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Universal frac crew on location. They are not stimulating any wells at this time due to equipment issues. Wireline has perferated stage 18. Plug is set at 20328, with top perferation at 20198 and bottom perferation at 20318. Surface annular pressure is 50 and intermediate annular pressure is 500.
1548270302 2019-01-23 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed a Universal frac crew on location tied into the 1h, 3h, and 9h wells. Stage 38/95 is perforated on this well and this is the next stage for stimulation. Plug was set at 17308, with bottom perfs at 17298 and top perfs at 17177. Stage 18 screened off on initiation and they did not stimulate it. Plug was set at 20328, with bottom perfs at 20318 and top perfs at 20197. Surface annular pressure was 50 and intermediate annular pressure was 175.
2011526674 2019-03-28 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed CWS 7009 stand alone snubbing unit onsite. This unit was on the 9H well. Surface (13x9) annular pressure is 200 psi and the intermediate (9x5) annular pressure is 0 psi.
