0430062658 2018-11-06 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed this pad containing 4 producing wells. This well is producing off of natural reservoir pressure through tubing. Surface annular pressure is 0 and intermediate annular is 415. Production equipment includes 4 GPUs, 4 sand seperators, 1 compressor, a combustor, vapor recovery tower, and 6 400 barrel steel tanks in their own containment. Three tanks are condensate and three are produced water. Site meets requirements of OAC 1509.072A for preliminary restoration.
0808302816 2018-04-10 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found this pad containing 4 properly labeled well that are producing on natural reservoir pressure. All wells have christmas tree style wellheads. Pressure gauges read as follows: Surface 0 psi, Intermediate 686 psi, Production 2552 psi, and Tubing 2720 psi. Production equipment includes six 400 barrel steel tanks within their own steel containment, two compressors, four sand separators, four GPUs, a vapor recovery stack, and a combustor. One heater treater onsite. Site is stable and vegetated. Site meets preliminary restoration requirements of 1509.072A.
0818540880 2017-11-21 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that Patterson 571 ran production casing to 17310 feet and cemented last night. They are currently in process of rigging down in an effort to beat the thanksgiving road use curfew. Will return to pad after they are off to do preliminary restoratrion inspection
1040773163 2017-08-30 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Express had augered a 26 inch diameter hole to a depth of 120 feet. 120 feet of 20 inch diameter conductor casing was ran. O-tex only brought enough cement to do a 24 inch diameter hole not 26 inch diameter. After discussion with Superintent David Newman, he ordered another bulk truck to run this hole and permit 1532 with 50% excess on 26 inch diameter hole. A total of 245 sacks were pumped. Additives include 2% CaCl, 0.2% X-air, and .25 lb./sack cello-flake for 85 sacks and 2% CaCl, 0.2% X-air, and .5 lb./sack cello-flake for 160. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.2. 50% percent excess ran. Mix water tested pH of 6 and 25 ppm chlorides. Cement was displaced with 39 barrels of fresh water. 9 barrels of cement returned to surface and stayed an hour after job.
1381319120 2017-11-14 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed patterson 571 was drilling an 8.75 inch diameter hole at a depth of 6579 feet. Containment appears to be functioning as designed. Pad drains are shut.
