0078109462 2019-04-08 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I met with company men Willard Scott, Wallace Bossert, and Bub Ruckert. Stone rig #15 is onsite for drill out of frac plugs on 1H, 3H, 6H, and 8H wells. This well is shut in and under a cage. Annular pressure gauges have been removed.
1485526914 2017-01-22 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Upon arrival on location I found the rig crew had drilled a 17.5 inch hole to da depth of 690 feet. 13 3/8 inch casing was installed to a depth of 680 feet. The casing was cemented by Schlumberger. A 25 bbl. spacer of Bentonite Gel with poly flake was pumped. A 137.8 bbl. of surfaceset cement @ 15.6 ppg was pumped with 98.4 bbl. of displacement. The plug was bumped and held at 500 lbs. over pump pressure. 28 bbl. of good cement returns to surface.
1598070157 2018-03-19 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found this pad containing two properly labeled producing wells. Wellhead pressures were surface 0 psi, intermediate 282, and tubing 762 psi. Production equipment includes two sand seperators, two GPUs, two heater treaters, two compressors, six 400 barrel steel tanks, a vapor recovery tower and a combustor. Site meets requirements on ORC 1509.072A for preliminary restoration.
