0634190699 | 2018-04-10 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found this pad containing 8 properly labeled wells that are producing. This well has a plunger lift system wellhead. Pressure gauges read as follows: Surface 0 psi, Intermediate 288 psi, Production 633 psi, and Tubing 362 psi. Casing hanger is plumbed into buried flow line , along with the intermediate annular. Production equipment includes fifteen 400 barrel steel tanks within their own steel containment, three compressors, three line heaters, eight sand separators, eight GPUs, a vapor recovery stack, and two combustors. One heater treater onsite. Site is stable and vegetated. Site meets preliminary restoration requirements of 1509.072A. |
1371432777 | 2016-12-13 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I am on site today after receiving a phone call from company man David Newman who informed me Chesapeake plans to move in a conductor rig over the permitted well bore within the next few days. Upon my arrival on location I discovered the lease road and well location in good repair. Service companies where on site, working on placing production equipment on location. There are a total of 7 other wells on location that have been drilled but are not in production. All wells have been caped indicating that they have not been fracked. I will arrive back on site when the conductor casing is set and is ready to be cemented. |

1629309772 | 2016-12-18 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | I am on site today to witness the cementing of the conductor casing. Express Energy Services drilled a 24 inch diameter hole to a depth of 120 foot then proceeded to run 120 feet of 20 inch diameter casing. After running the casing Express Energy then pumped 10 barrels of fresh water and 230 sacks of Class A cement. After pumping the cement Express Energy displaced with 39 barrels of fresh water, leaving 10 foot of cement inside the casing. Over the duration of my inspection I witnessed approximately 5 barrels of good cement returns to surface. |
1702664639 | 2016-12-15 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | I arrived on site today to witness the cementing of the conductor casing. Upon my arrival I discovered that a conductor rig was not on site. I then placed a call to company man John Snook. John informed me that the conductor rig had broken down and will be approximately 24 hours delayed. |
