0950589276 2017-05-01 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Purpose of this inspection was to check pad drains. Local area received a large amount of rain and damaging winds this morning. Pad drains are closed and pooling a significant amount of water on location.
1086439949 2017-11-06 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found this pad to contain 4 properly labled wellheads. Surface casing annular pressure is 225 and the intermediate casing annualr pressure is 0. Production equipment includes six 400 barrel steel tanks inside steel containment, a vapor recovery system, combustor, two compressors, four gas production units and four sand seperators. No production records in RBDMS. Site meets preliminary restoration per ORC 1509.072A.
1394086931 2018-03-19 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found this pad to contain 4 properly labled wellheads. Surface casing annular pressure is 222 and the intermediate casing annular pressure is 9. Production equipment includes six 400 barrel steel tanks inside steel containment, a vapor recovery system, combustor, two compressors, four gas production units and four sand seperators. Site meets the requirements of ORC 1509.072A for preliminary restoration. A hydraulic line blew on a tanker truck today on location. A skid steer arrived on location during my inspection and removed the contaminated gravel. Gravel was already shoveled into piles by hand tools. Estimated 3 gallons of hydraulic oil spilled.
