0645609341 2017-11-06 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found this pad to contain 4 properly labled wellheads. Surface casing annular pressure is 0 and the intermeidate casing annualr pressure is 0. Production equipment includes six 400 barrel steel tanks inside steel containment, a vapor recovery system, combustor, two compressors, four gas production units and four sand seperators. No production records in RBDMS.
1274029209 2018-03-19 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found this pad to contain 4 properly labled wellheads. Surface casing annular pressure is 8 and the intermediate casing annular pressure is 13. Production equipment includes six 400 barrel steel tanks inside steel containment, a vapor recovery system, combustor, two compressors, four gas production units and four sand seperators. Site meets the requirements of ORC 1509.072A for preliminary restoration. A hydraulic line blew on a tanker truck today on location. A skid steer arrived on location during my inspection and removed the contaminated gravel. Gravel was already shoveled into piles by hand tools. Estimated 3 gallons of hydraulic oil spilled.
1490255898 2017-03-23 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Upon arrival on location I found the rig crew has installed 13 3/8 inch 61 lb. casing to a depth of 1305 feet. Halliburton will be cementing the surface casing back to surface with 1300 sacks of cement and displacing it with 193 bbl. of freshwater. Established circulation and proceeded with pumping the cement. Circulated 58 bbl. of good cement back to surface. Floats held.
1490877605 2017-03-30 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Upon arrival on location I found that the rig crew was tripping the drill pipe out of the wellbore for inspection and then running the pipe back into the wellbore. There are no issues on location at this time.
