1218172315 | 2015-01-31 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | I inspected this 13.375 casing cement job on 1/31/2015. Patterson Drilling Rig # 329 drilled a 17 5 borehole from 145 KB to 530 KB. Wyoming Casing ran 10 joints of 13.375 54.5 lbs. / foot, buttress thread casing, 1 - casing hanger, float shoe, float collar and 5 - bow spring centralizers. Total tally was 495. Schlumberger cement with 473 sack of SurfaceSet. I witnessed approximately 36 barrels of cement slurry returned back to the cellar. Cement slurry weighed 16.1 ppg ( going downhole ) and 14.8 ppg returning. Water temperature was 60 F and pH - 7. A walk around inspection revealed no violations during this inspection. |
1336780636 | 2015-02-02 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was on the R. Alan # 9 - H location to inspection the drilling progress. Patterson Drilling Rig # 329 was going into the 9.625 casing to drill out the cement. The rig tagged the cement top @ 1783 KB. At the time of my inspection rig was drilling a 8.75 hole in the shoe track. A walk around inspection did not reveal any violations. |
1361218962 | 2014-10-14 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | I am on site today to witness the running and the cementing of the 20 inch diameter casing string. Rocky Mountain Drilling drilled a 26 inch diameter hole to 120 ft. and set 120 ft. of 80 lb. casing. Universal Well Service cemented with 245 sacks of class A cement at 15.6 lb. and a yield of 1.20 and had good cement returns |
1423848016 | 2015-02-12 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | I was on the R Alan # 9 - H to observe the cementing of the 5.5 production casing. Patterson Drilling Rig # 329 drilled the well to a total depth of 14,750 MD. Wyoming Casing Service ran 345 joint of 5.5, P -110, CDC - HTQ casing to 14,740. Schlumberger mixed and pumped 60 barrels of MUDPUSH ( 12.5 ppg ) followed by 315 barrels of lead ( 13.5 ppg ) cement and 339 barrels of tail ( 15 ppg ) cement slurry. The spacer and cement slurries were displaced with a top plug and 310 barrels of treated water. The plug landed at 2625 psi and increased to 3155 psi and held for five minutes. No pressure loss was observed. Upon releasing pressure 3.5 barrels flowed back and stopped. All floats held. Ten barrels of spacer was observed returned to surface. No violations were observed. |
1675824032 | 2016-02-23 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I arrived on location accompanied by inspector Mark Moreland, were I witnessed the lease road gate was locked and the lease road in adequate condition. The pad is fenced and all man doors were locked. The permitted wells are producing off of natural reservoir pressure. RBDMS production records indicate that the well is in producing order.
The production equipment on the pad consists of the following: 11 400 bbl. Production tanks 8 Producing wells 8 Sand separators 2 Horizontal heater-treaters 1 combustor 1 low pressure separator/ Vapor recovery system 5 compressors 2 NGL tanks The site passed preliminary restoration in accordance with ORC 1509.072 A. |
