0193846005 2018-11-07 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found this pad seperated between a production equipment pad and a wellhead pad. Four properly labeled chritsmas tree style welheads are on location. Production equipment includes three 400 barrel steel condensate tanks, one 400 barrel brine tank, four gas production units, heater treat, flare, and vapor recovery system. Production equipment is fenced and locked and access the wellheads is also restricted by fence. Production records are current in RBDMS. Surface annular pressure is 0 and intermediate annular pressure is 200.
0337697207 2017-08-31 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found the Cadiz A pad seperated between a production equipment pad and a wellhead pad. Four properly labeled chritsmas tree style welheads are on location.
