Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

1107817441 2014-09-22 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations H &P Drilling Rig # 284 is at 17,435 ft. and has reached total depth. They will circulate the well and begin pulling the drill string out. They should be ready to run the 5-1/2 inch diameter production casing in 24 hours. They will move to the # 5 Athens well next.
1260383395 2017-08-31 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found the Athens C pad seperated between a production equipment pad and a wellhead pad. Six properly labeled chritsmas tree style welheads are on location. Production equipment includes four 400 barrel steel condensate tanks, one 400 barrel brine tank, six line heaters, one seperator, flare, and vapor recovery system. Production equipment is fenced and locked and access the wellheads is also restricted by fence. Production records are current in RBDMS. Site passes preliminary restoration according to ORC 1509.072A.
1405562522 2014-07-16 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I am on site tonight to witness the running and the cementing of the 13-3/8 inch diameter casing string. H & P Drilling Rig # 284 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter hole to 1920 ft and set 1905 ft of casing. Schlumberger Cementing Service cemented with 1427 sacks of class A cement and had good cement returns to surface. This hole was off 4 degrees on surface along with the 5 H well. In order to keep them from intersecting this hole was deviated around and away from the 5 H well. Hess is to record and report the track of the well upon drilling below the surface casing.
