1879502809 2018-04-10 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found this pad containing 8 properly labeled wells that are producing. This well has a plunger lift system wellhead. Pressure gauges read as follows: Surface 2 psi, Intermediate 0 psi, Production 511 psi, and Tubing 278 psi. Casing hanger is plumbed into buried flow line. Production equipment includes fifteen 400 barrel steel tanks within their own steel containment, three compressors, three line heaters, eight sand separators, eight GPUs, a vapor recovery stack, and two combustors. One heater treater onsite. Site is stable and vegetated. Site meets preliminary restoration requirements of 1509.072A.
