Butchs Rat Hole Service drilled a 30 inch diameter hole to 105 ft and set 105 ft of casing. Halliburton Energy c/w 290 sks of class A cement @ 15.6 and 1.22 yield. 20 bbls of good cement to surface.
1398702022 2014-04-28 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Alpha Hunter Drilling Rig # 9 has moved in to drill surface and intermediate casing section of the well. The have set surface casing and are shut down for repairs.
1398772749 2014-04-29 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I am on site today to witness the running and cementing of the 9-5/ inch diameter casing string. Alpha Hunter Rig # 9 drilled a 12-1/4inch hole to 1710 ft and set 1698 ft of casing. Halliburton Energy Service is on site to cement casing with 300 sacks of class H cement @ 15.8 lb and a yield of 2.284 slurry of cement is 122 bbls.
1556486683 2016-12-15 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the lease road in good repair and the gates to access the location were locked. With my arrival on location I witnesses I witnessed all wells on site are now in producing order. The permitted well bore is utilizing natural reservoir pressure for means of production. The production equipment that is on site consists of the following:

2- 500 barrel production tanks 7- Permitted well bores utilizing natural reservoir pressure 7- Gas production units equipped with internal heaters and sand separators 1- Low pressure separator system

The site passed preliminary restoration in accordance with ORC 1509.072 A.
