0021702276 2016-11-10 Work Over Reconditioning No Violations On the day of my inspection I witness that Red Hill has a swab rig placed over the well bore. During the conduction of my inspection I spoke to the rig operator, who informed me that Red Hill has completed the frack operations on the well and he is now in the process of swabbing out the frack fluids. He stated that to his belief Red Hill plans to produce the well within the near distant future. I informed him that there is no identification placed at or around the well bore and that Red Hill is required to have proper identification placed. He stated he would get a sign made when he arrived at the shop. While on site I performed a walk around the location where I did not see any signs of pollution or contamination. There are no violations to note at the time of my inspection.
