0533728603 2013-08-12 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Precision Drilling has two rigs on site today to drill conductor holes. The conductor should be drilled and ready to cement tonight or Tues.
1009616682 2016-02-19 Preliminary Restoration No Violations I arrived on location accompanied by inspector Mark Moreland, were I witnessed the lease road gate was locked and the lease road in adequate condition. The pad is fenced and all man doors were locked. The permitted wells are producing off of natural reservoir pressure. With the exception of permitted well no. 34067212030000, which is utilizing a plunger lift system to produce. RBDMS production records indicate that the well is in producing order.
The production equipment on the pad consists of the following:

12 400 bbl. Production tanks 8 Producing wells 8 Sand separators

1 Horizontal heater-treater that was disconnected 1 combustor 1 low pressure separator/ Vapor recovery system 1 compressor There was approximately 2 to 3 inches of snow on location at the time of my inspection. The site passed preliminary restoration in accordance with ORC 1509.072 A.

1125649564 2016-01-11 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection, I witnessed the well was equipped with a production tree. Production equipment for the well included a sand trap and a gas production unit. Production equipment that was shared with permitted wells 34067212020000, 34067212030000, 34067212040000, 34067212050000, 34067212060000, 34067213240000, and 34067213250000 included a vapor recovery system, a gas compressor, a flare stack and 12-400 bbl. tanks that where placed inside proper containment. The site passed preliminary restoration in accordance with ORC 1509.072 A.
1378816765 2013-09-10 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I am on site today to witness the running and the cementing of the 9-5/8 inch diameter casing string. Nomac Drilling 290 drilled a 12-1/4 inch diameter hole to 2217 ft and set 2220 ft of casing. Schlumberger Cementing Service c/w 805 sacks of class A 15.5 lb cement with 1.2 yield. They had 25 bbl of cement returns.
1379504483 2013-09-16 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I am on site today to check on the rig status. I found that Nomac Drilling Rig # 290 is stuck in the hole at 6400ft and running a wireline down to find a free point.
1527135637 2014-07-08 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations They are putting down the liner and the pads in preparation to pumping out the conductor holes before moving the rig in
1538772217 2013-10-08 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I am here today to check on the drilling status of Nomac Rig # 290 and found that they were able to get the drill string unstuck and finish the vertical section of the well. The rig has moved off and another rig will move in to finish drilling the well to total depth.
