0559251674 2017-09-22 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found the NM Harrison pad to contain six properly labeled wellheads. Wells are equipped with chritmas tree wellheads. Gauges show no surface or intermediate casing pressure. Production equipment on the pad includes six vertical seperators with gas production units, one heater treater, five 400 barrel steel condensate tanks, three 400 barrel steel produced water tanks, vapor recovery system and a combustor. Tanks are in their own steel containment. Production records current in RBDMS. Site passes preliminary restoration according to ORC 1509.072A.
0868635499 2014-02-18 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that Nomac Drilling rig 70 was in the process of rigging up, preparing to spud the well. The permit was posted in the Company Mans trailer and I found no leaks or spills around the drill site.
0895876854 2014-02-25 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that Nomac Drilling Rig 70 was drilling the 8.75 production hole on fluid, at a measured depth of 8175. The permit was posted and I found no leaks or spills around the location.
0999907831 2014-02-19 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection Nomac Drilling Rig 70 ran new 13.375 casing to 566. O-Tex Pumping cemented the casing to surface with class H cement. Good circulation was maintained throughout the job with 28 barrels of cement returns.
1382040685 2013-10-17 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I am on site today to witness the running and the cementing of the 20 inch diameter casing string. Express Drilling drilled a 26 inch diameter hole to 120 ft and set 120 ft of casing. Allied Cementing Service c/w 250 sks and had 10 bbls of good cement returns.
1393007780 2014-02-21 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that Nomac Drilling rig 70 had ran new 9.625 casing to a depth of 1871. O-Tex Pumping cemented the casing to surface with 690 sacks of class A cement. There were approximately 20 barrels of cement returns.
