0604506645 2017-10-12 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found the pad to contain two plunger lift wells and a conductor pipe inside of a cellar. Production equipment includes eight 400 barrel production tanks, two vertical seperators, two GPUs, one combustor and a vapor recovery system. The Stuart henderson pad nearby also has a well labeled 201069, which is incorrect.
0764594871 2013-09-26 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the Day of my inspection the site passed preliminary restoration according to 1509.072A.

1511597123 2016-02-22 Preliminary Restoration No Violations I arrived on location accompanied by inspector Mark Moreland, were I witnessed the lease road gate was locked and the lease road in adequate condition. The pad is fenced and all man doors were locked. The permitted are utilizing a plunger lift system. RBDMS production records indicate that the wells are in production.
The production equipment on the pad consists of the following:

8 400 bbl. Production tanks 2 Producing wells 2 Sand separators

2 Horizontal heater-treaters 1 combustor 1 compressor 1 Low pressure separator tower/Vapor recovery system unit. The site passed preliminary restoration in accordance with ORC 1509.072 A.
