1360440104 2016-02-24 Not Drilled No Violations On the day of my inspection accompanied by inspector Mark Moreland, I witnessed the well location has been constructed but the permitted wells have not been drilled and no conductor or tin horn was set. The pad is fenced and all man doors were locked. The lease road was in adequate condition.
