0979459076 2008-09-10 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Inspection revealed that the preliminary restoration can be approved at this time. The tank battery consists of one 210 BBL oil storage tank and one plastic brine storage tank. The SPCC dike meets all requirements at this time. The tank battery is inside the same SPCC dike as the # 1 and # 2 wells.
1460289668 2017-08-16 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with a 8.625 inch diameter wellhead, 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.375 inch tubing, rods, and walking beam pumping unit with an electric motor. Production equipment includes three 210 barrel steel tanks, three 50 barrel poly brine tanks and three vertical separators, all in an earthen dike. Permits 1020, 1023, 1024 share containment. Meter box is equipped with 0.25 inch diameter sales line orifice, fresh chart and valves were open on tubing and casing. Tank is labeled. Production records current in RBDMS.
1650204909 2007-08-27 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Inspection revealed that Kilbarger Drilling is moving off location. Inspection of the drilling pits revealed that the pit liners are intact and fluid levels are acceptable. No violations at this time.
