0805775142 2009-08-25 Production Wells Violations Noted Arrived on location and found well idle.
0990664514 2016-07-07 Production Wells No Violations This well is producing into a 110 bbl. Production tank, a 50 bbl. brine storage tank along with a horizontal separator inside a dike. The well is operating using a plunger lift system. I am checking wells in this area for H2S leaks and I did not find any leaks at this facility.
1127948824 2014-01-15 Production Wells No Violations I am on site today to check on the production status of this well. I found that the well is charting and all of the equipment is in place to produce the well. I checked with the landowner and he did advise that the well has been in production.
1363089484 2016-08-29 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the well is utilizing natural reservoir pressure for means of production. The well bore consists of 8.625 inch diameter surface casing and 4.5 inch diameter production casing. A 4.5 inch diameter to 2 inch diameter changer is placed on top of the production casing and is then plumed into the flow line. Production equipment for the well bore consists of a 210 barrel production tank, a 30 barrel brine tank and a horizontal separator with a 2 inch diameter meter run. The meter chart indicated the well was in producing order. All production equipment is placed in a dike that measures approximately 40*50 feet at an average height of 3 foot around the perimeter. Also placed in the dike is the production equipment for permitted well number 3406721061. RBDMS records indicate the well is in production and no violations were noticed with the conduction of my inspection.

1588680789 2005-07-13 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Inspection revealed that the preliminary restoration can be approved at this time . No violations at this time . The GPS readings for the wellhead are N4023. 651 and W08116. 098 and the readings for the tank battery are N4023. 749 and W08116. 210 .
