| 1121288059 | 2016-01-12 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection, I witnessed this is a plunger- lift system well, using 1.5 inch diameter production tubing placed inside 4.5 inch diameter production casing. The plunger is being operated by a motor valve. Production equipment for this well includes a 210 bbl. production tank, a 30 bbl. polymer brine tank, a horizontal separator, and a 2 inch diameter meter run; all placed inside an earth dike that measures approximately 30*40 feet at an average height of 3 foot. Proper identification is in place and legible. The meter chart and production records indicate that this well is in producing order, selling commercial volumes of gas. |
