0595033039 | 2017-08-14 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found well equipped with a plunger lift system and motor valve. Well has 8.625 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing, and 2.375 inch diameter tubing. Production equipment includes a 140 barrel steel tank, horizontal seperator, meter box, and .75 inch diameter sales line orfice, all contained in an earthen dike. Chart indicates well is producing and RBDMS shows production is current. Talked to Neighboring landowner Lucas Wallace about permit 292. |

2051335020 | 2015-05-14 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the date of inspection I found that production equipment includes a 100bbl tank, horizontal separator, and a drip within an earthen dike. The well is equipped with a gas plunger lift system, 2.375 inch tubing, 4.5 inch casing, and 8.625 inch casing. The tubing valve is in open position. Identification is present and production records are current through 2014. At the time of inspection I noticed that the flow line between the separator and the tank was in poor, rusted condition. I also noticed that around this portion of flow line there was a wet area and within the dike there were areas of salt crystals. I spoke with Art Baker of Red Hill Development and made him aware of the situation. He informed me he would be out to check on it the same day. |
