0334356905 | 2018-08-13 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found this plunger lift well equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing, and 2.375 inch diameter tubing. RBDMS shows production in 2016 and none in 2017. Production equipment includes a 100 barrel fiberglass tank, horizontal seperator, and meter box with .75 inch diameter sales line orfice. Tank is identified and inside earthen containment. Operator is onsite flaring gas off of the 4.5 inch diameter casing because it has H2S. Valve on 8.625 inch diameter casing is in poor condition and they are flaring off 4.5 inch to hot tap the 8.625. A plug back permit was issued and has since expired. Casing integrity of 4.5 inch diameter casing in is question. |
0676111156 | 2012-12-05 | Production Wells | No Violations | I am checking this well again today because I forgot to check the level inside the production tank. I found it has 2 feet of fluid in it today. The well is in production again today with no violations at this time. |
0990485054 | 2017-08-31 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found this plunger lift well equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing, and 2.375 inch diameter tubing. RBDMS shows production last year. Production equipment includes a 100 barrel fiberglass tank, horizontal seperator, and meter box with .75 inch diameter sales line orfice. Tank is identified and inside earthen containment. Meter box chart was replaced this morning. |
1145836677 | 2006-04-13 | Production Wells | Violations Noted | Routine inspection revealed no identification posted at the tank battery or the wellhead . The tank battery consists of one 100 bbl oil storage tank and the SPCC dike meets requirements . No H2S gas odor at the wellhead . Contacted Chris Kimble and advised that the identification sign must be posted by May 1 , 2006 . |
1355238242 | 2012-11-21 | Production Wells | No Violations | I had a call from Linda Moore 330-949-9748 about a well which she felt was not in production. She said that her brother Jim Buxton lives near the well and that it is not in operation. She wants me to check to see if the well is producing. She does not agree with the production records from last year. She thinks that the well may not be in operation this year. I took her information and advised that I would return a call once I was able to check the well for production. |
1459532204 | 2016-03-31 | Production Wells | No Violations | I arrived on location accompanied by Inspector Mark Moreland, to conduct a follow up inspection on Compliance Number 1145836677 which was issued for failure to legibly identify well. On the day of my inspection, I witnessed the well identification has been placed on the tank battery. The compliance issue can now be considered resolved. The well head consisted of 8 inch diameter surface casing, 4.5 inch diameter production casing and 2 inch diameter production tubing. The well is utilizing a plunger lift system for means of production. Production equipment consisted of a horizontal separator, 2 inch diameter meter run and a 100 bbl. production tank. All production equipment is placed inside a dike that measures approximately 30 by 40 feet. RBDMS records indicate the well is in producing order. |
2031851424 | 2012-12-04 | Production Wells | No Violations | I am checking this well today to make sure it is in production. I did check the production chart at the tank battery and found that it has good rate and should be producing well past the minimum of 100 MCF for one year. It appears from this inspection that it should be close to that that amount each month. After my inspection I contacted Chris Kimble and ask him for the production records for the Buxton # 1 and # 2 After I reviewed the production records I found that this well has produced 954 MCF and is well over the 100 MCF minimum required. |
