0866918610 2006-04-05 Production Wells No Violations While conducting inspections for Sherry Young (Central Office) ; I located this well also owned by DAppolonia Petroleum Inc. The inspection revealed that the well is idle . The well consists of only the open (casing not equipped with flat plug or valve) 4 1/2 casing sticking out of the ground. Unable to locate a tank battery associated with this well. No identification posted at the wellsite.The well is located in Section 3 of North Township , Harrison County . Accompanied by Inspector Jonnie Patrick during this inspection .
1356860149 2017-06-14 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found a 4.5 inch diameter casing with nothing on top of it. Well has no identification, production equipment, or any way to shut off gas flow. There is also an earthen pit about 10 paces west of the wellhead.
